Interaction in the Academic Environment: A Meeting Between the Department and Students
On February 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., a meaningful meeting was organized at the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management with doctoral and master’s students studying in English. The meeting brought together doctoral students from the educational programs “Pedagogy and Psychology,” “Pedagogy. Educational Management,” and “Social Pedagogy,” as well as master’s students from the “Educational Management” program.
The event was led by the Head of the Department, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Nursulu Seitkerimovna Algazhayeva. The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Head of the Department for Academic Affairs A.M. Kudaibergenova, Deputy Head for Research and Innovation M.D. Murzagulova, and group advisor A.D. Shakirova.
During the meeting, students were provided with detailed information on the organization of the academic process, academic policy requirements, the specifics of research activities, and the university’s internal regulations. Particular attention was given to the principles of academic integrity, the requirements for the implementation of educational programs, and the opportunities available to students.
The meeting was held in an open dialogue format. The students asked questions of interest to them and received comprehensive and detailed answers.
The event was organized in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (in particular, Goal 4 – “Quality Education”) and was aimed at ensuring quality and accessible education, strengthening academic culture, and enhancing the research potential of students.
Such meetings contribute to strengthening interaction between students and the department, as well as fostering mutual understanding and effective cooperation within the academic environment.
