The Professional of the Future: What Soft Skills Are Needed?
On February 18, 2026, third-year students of the 6B04103-Economics educational program conducted a team-building event on the topic «The Professional of the Future: What Soft Skills Are Needed?». In today’s labor market, the importance of soft skills is increasing alongside professional knowledge. Communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, effective time management, emotional intelligence, and leadership are key competencies of a successful professional.
These skills contribute not only to personal success but also to the sustainable development of society. In particular, the content of the event aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals: Goal 4 – Quality Education, Goal 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Goal 17 – Partnerships for the Goals. The development of soft skills forms the foundation for shaping competitive, responsible, and innovative individuals.
