A meeting with students was held at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies of the University, focusing on the development of an inclusive and supportive student environment.

During the meeting, key aspects of inclusion in the educational context were discussed, including respect for diversity, equal opportunities, and the importance of inclusive interaction within the student community. Students actively participated in the discussion, shared their perspectives, and raised relevant questions.

Following the discussion, an interactive activity was conducted to foster empathy, raise awareness of individual differences, and develop inclusive behavior skills. The practical component allowed students to reflect on the importance of support, acceptance, and psychological safety in the academic environment.

The event was conducted by psychologists from the University Psychological Service in collaboration with an inclusion specialist, contributing to the strengthening of inclusive values, mutual respect, and collaboration among students.
