SDG-4: Fair of student organizations "Ұйым fest"

On September 8, the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted a fair of organizations "organization fest" for 1st year students. The event was organized in order to get acquainted with the active youth of the 1st year students accepted this year, to communicate closely and to give the right direction.

Currently, the committee of youth organizations of the university consists of the trade union of students and undergraduates "Sunkar", the SBP (student Bureau for the balloon process), the law enforcement team, the student scientific society, the Volunteer League, the higher student council, the organization "Enactus", the intellectual discussion club "Altyn Sapa", the Charity public fund, the Student Club "Sanaly Urpaq", the organization "Youth Spirit", The Student Senate. During the event, all organizations presented their work and missions. They shared ideas and exchanged views on the plan of measures to be implemented in the new academic year.

According to him, the organizations hold annual events on Sustainable Development factors. They are going to focus on environmental and social issues. For example, kaznu intends to develop some mechanisms of the Green campus project. Director of the Department for Social Work and Youth Affairs J.Dapenovna said: "in the areas of Social Development, the well-being and condition of students are always in the spotlight, you can contact the management of the organization on any issues that arise." He also invited to get acquainted with the projects of the organization "Komek" on social and material assistance. 

The event ended with a fun dance evening. Students got acquainted with each other, and the unity of organizations was strengthened.
