The Faculty of Law together with the sports club of Al-Farabi KazNU within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (UN) program held yoga sessions for students and teachers of the university.

The yoga sessions included a variety of asanas (postures), breathing exercises and meditation. They were designed to help participants relax, strengthen the body and calm the mind. It was a great way to get rid of the stress and tension that comes with studying and working.

"The event was an unforgettable experience that united our educational environment in a spirit of harmony and peace. In addition to the physical and psychological benefits, the yoga sessions also helped to create closer bonds between the participants. Regardless of their level of experience in yoga, they all shared a common experience and discussed their successes and shared their impressions," said Albina Biskultanova, a participant of the event, Deputy Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law.

The event also emphasized the importance of caring for the health and well-being of the university educational community. The organizers plan to continue holding such yoga sessions to support the physical and emotional well-being of students and faculty, and to promote the SDG goals of Good Health and Well-being.

It was not only a physical activity session, but also an opportunity to support each other, discover yoga and practice it in everyday life. This experience left unforgettable memories for the participants and taught them to appreciate harmony and balance in the hustle and bustle of study and work.
