During the event, the connection between SDG 3 “Healthy lifestyles and well-being” and other SDGs was identified - as ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all people at all ages is an important factor in building a prosperous society. Without good health, it is difficult to solve the problem of poverty – in the same way, poverty and hunger hinder good health (SDG 1 “No Poverty” and SDG 2 “No Hunger”).

It was concluded that ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being at all ages is a key factor in sustainable development. There is an urgent need to completely eradicate a wide range of diseases and resolve the wide variety of persistent and emerging medical problems.
