The problem of poverty: income and standard of living

On 18.10.2023, the senior lecturer of the Department of Economics, G.K. Ilyashova, in the discipline "National Economy", integrated the No. 1 goal of the SDGs - the Goals of Sustainable Development, including current problems of the modern world with a round table on the topic: "The problem of poverty: income and standard of living", in which the first part of the set of goals addresses the problem of poverty.

At the round table, the basis of the set of goals on the theme "Sustainable Development Goals" was determined, the problem of poverty was considered, reports on solving poverty problems in the world and in Kazakhstan were analyzed, comparative analyses were made by countries, and a special video on the topic of poverty was shown.
