SDG-6 «Decent work and economic growth»

On 16.10.2023, senior lecturer of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law, PhD Kozhabek K. M., gave a lecture with 2nd year students on the topic of State financial control within the framework of Goals 6 "Decent work and economic growth".  
The effectiveness of financial control is largely determined by its rational organization, a clear definition of the subjects of control, their rights and obligations, the correct organization of forms and methods of financial control.
National financial control is carried out by the following bodies of state power and management: the office of the President, the Parliament, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, local representative bodies (assemblies of deputies), local administrative bodies. This type of control is carried out by the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the republican budget, which is the highest body of state financial control, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
