Sustainable Development Goals in the Long-Term Strategy of Kazakhstan

On November 28, at the Department of Economics organized an international round table within the framework of the 4 SDGs, 17 SDGs for the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic: “Sustainable Development Goals in the Long-Term Strategy of Kazakhstan.” The round table was attended by the teaching staff of the department, as well as foreign guests represented by Professor of the University of Padua D. Celletti and the head of the port transportation department in Kazakhstan of the SANY group of companies Shi Kaiyan. During the round table, issues of development of the private capital market in the Republic of Kazakhstan, financial instruments for regulating the economy, as well as prospects for converting waste into energy within the framework of the green economy were discussed.
