On November 22, 2023, at the Department of Solid State Physics and Nonlinear Physics, a meeting was held between the teaching staff and students of the specialty “6B07109 Industrial Electronics and Control Systems” and master’s students in the specialty “7M07125 Electronics and Control Systems” and employers to discuss improving the educational process and learning outcomes and survey results. The teachers put forward proposals to improve the educational process, in particular the introduction of new teaching methods, the introduction of project work and group work, and the involvement of students in ongoing scientific projects. Employers proposed the introduction of highly specialized disciplines to improve the connection between production and the educational process. Students and undergraduates proposed expanding circles, increasing the number of competitions and involving students in the development of scientific projects and startups.
