A round table dedicated to World Election Day

A round table dedicated to World Election Day was held at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics. The work of which was attended by the representative of the electoral center of the Bostandyk district of Almaty, Kaliaskarova Sholpan Rysbekovna and the chairmen of the polling stations of KazNU and students of the Faculty of Law.
     

Within the framework of this event, the purpose of which is to confirm in the public consciousness the irreversibility of the democratization process, inform the public about achievements in the electoral process, form a propensity for democratic values among young voters, as well as increase voter activity.
Elections are the main means of exercising national sovereignty, forming and expressing public opinion, and ensuring the stability and effectiveness of the State apparatus.
The main purpose of the Election Commission is to arouse the interest of young people in participating in elections, creating state and local government bodies.
