Issues related to innovative teaching methods were discussed here.  Doctor of Law, Professor Ibraeva A.S. made a presentation on the topic "Modern learning technologies as a means of improving the quality of education. Experience in training lawyers." The legal profession has a special feature. Thus, the main purpose of a lawyer's activity is to protect the rights and legitimate interests of a citizen or organization. A lawyer is engaged in the search and analysis of legally relevant information to give a legal opinion on certain issues.

When training lawyers, it is necessary to use interactive learning technologies. This technique is aimed at the interaction of all students, including the teacher. Everyone makes their own special individual contribution, and knowledge, ideas, and ways of doing things are exchanged during the work. An educational communication environment is being created, which is characterized by openness, interaction of participants, equality of their arguments, accumulation of joint knowledge, the possibility of mutual assessment and control. Interactive methods such as brainstorming, role-playing, case analysis, situations, discussion, debates, etc. were considered.

In the course of training, a future lawyer should acquire communication skills for actions in social situations, the ability to take responsibility, skills of joint activity, the ability to self–development; tolerance; the ability to live with people of other cultures, languages, religions. This is an important humanitarian approach in higher education.
