A round table dedicated to the 125th anniversary of Oraz Kikimovich Zhandosov

         On February 20, 2024, as part of the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the Department of history of Kazakhstan, the Faculty of history, held a round table dedicated to the 125th anniversary of oraz Kikimovich Zhandosov. The guests of the round table were the dean of the Faculty of history, Doctor of historical sciences, porfessor Baigunakov Dosbol Suleimenovich, Ph. D., porfessor Kozybakova Fatima Akynbaevna, Ph. D., porfessor Kozgambayeva Gulnar Bestibayevna, Ph. D., associate professor Noyanov Edil Noyanovich, Ph. D., Senior Lecturer Arynov Zhumakan Makanovich and students.

         The dean of the Faculty of history Baigunakov Dosbol Suleimenovich noted that oraz Kikymovich was not only a major statesman and public figure, but also a researcher of the history of socio-economic and socio-political life of Kazakhstan and Turkestan, an Chechen and publicist, an expert on the problems of the nation and agrarian economy. The event was attended by scientists, students received answers to questions and ended with a concert performance of the students.
