February 29, 2024 at 13:00 at the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on the topic SDG 17 “Partnerships for the Goals” by teachers of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law Doctor of Law Baimakhanova D.M., Ph.D. Kultemirova L.T. and Ph.D. Kusainov D.O. A leadership lecture was organized on the topic “Enforcement proceedings in the Republic of Kazakhstan, features and development trends” with the participation of 1st year students. The speaker was Ermekov Adil Aktamberdievich, a private bailiff of the executive district of Almaty.

 

The speaker in his speech touched upon the important issue of the importance of enforcement proceedings for the protection and protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for the execution of court decisions. Adil Aktamberdievich revealed the procedure for the actions of the bailiff after receiving a court decision, which he performs to achieve a successful result in the execution of the court decision. The speaker noted that students can undergo educational and practical training with bailiffs to strengthen the knowledge acquired during theoretical classes. This will allow them to create a solid foundation for further building their professional activities in the future.

 

The speaker paid special attention to the issue of providing legal assistance to ordinary citizens, noting that the legal literacy of the population has recently increased significantly. Adil Aktamberdievich's story about the most significant cases in the practice of his activities as a judicial executor aroused great interest among students.

 

The students listened with great interest to the lecturer who touched on such topical issues, asked many questions and noted that getting a good education, as well as undergoing internships, is very important for future young specialists.
