«Beauty adorns girls»

On March 5, 2024, at the Higher School of Economics and Business, a meeting was held with Gulsharat Zhubayeva, a famous actress, designer, business coach, and founder of the Shabyt Center, organized by the Department of Economics.

  The guest lecture “Beauty adorns girls” was held as part of the following events: SDG 5 – Gender Equality, SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, SDG 17 – Partnership for Sustainable Development, on the 90th anniversary of Farabi University and on the eve of the 8 March International holiday Women's Day.

Ms. Gulsharat, who supports entrepreneurship among young people, shared her life experience with the students and gave several useful business tips. Students, amazed by the mysterious abilities of the actress, asked their questions and gave an open interview. Gulsharat Zhubayeva not only spoke about entrepreneurship but also explained the importance of soft and hard skills, using examples from her own experience.

“Entrepreneurship is the result of hard work and research, but it requires leadership skills,” she affirmed. She also gave personal motivation to the girls by stating that the 21st century is a century full of opportunities for women to express themselves. The famous actress gave the most honest answers to questions and amazed the guests who came to the lecture with her kindness. The lecture was full of interesting and useful information. We thank the actress for finding her golden time and coming to the meeting.

There is no doubt that the New Kazakhstan of tomorrow is in the hands of young people with such exemplary citizens as Gulsharat Zhubayeva!
