Problems of imposing penalties in criminal law
On April 17, 2024, within the framework of the 4th anniversary of the SDG and the 90th anniversary of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and criminalistics of the Faculty of law Bissenova M. K. and 1st year master's student A. Nurymgali held an open lesson for 2nd year students on the topic: "problems of imposing penalties in criminal law". During the open lesson, students discussed the specifics of imposing a punishment, that is, the nature and degree of danger to society of a criminal offense when imposing a punishment in connection with a crime committed, the identity of the guilty person, including his behavior before and after committing an offense, mitigating and aggravating liability and punishment.
