According to a preliminary report, between 2016 and 2030, 470 million people who will newly join the new labor market in the world will need jobs.Within the framework of the state program" enbek " 651 thousand citizens are employed. Thanks to systematic measures taken in the field of Occupational Safety and health, there is a positive dynamics in providing safe jobs. The country is implementing a plan to ensure safe Labor until 2025.
In order for everyone to be fully satisfied with their life, it is very important that their income is stable. In order to have a stable income, it is necessary not just a place of work, but that a person has enough income to buy the things and services he needs. To do this, it is necessary to have a workplace that meets the capabilities and abilities of everyone. At the same time, it is necessary to improve the quality of work and labor productivity. Over the past 15 years, labor productivity in the world has significantly decreased, negatively affecting the quality of life and the level of wages. In general, creating high – quality jobs and increasing labor productivity remains one of the most difficult problems for both developing and developed countries. Therefore, the 8th goal of sustainable development was devoted to the problem of economic growth and decent jobs. By 2030, the working-age population in the countries of the world should be provided with a sufficient source of income, safe, providing social guarantees for the family, allowing the development of the individual.
