Discussion of social entrepreneurship projects

April 17, 2024 at al-Farabi University Faculty of the Higher School of Economics and Business held an event on “Social Entrepreneurship: Innovation for the Public Good” within the framework of the UN Sustainable Development Goals!

3rd year students presented their innovative projects developed taking into account the principles of social entrepreneurship. Projects were devoted the following Sustainable Development Goals: Goal 1 - End Poverty, Goal 6 - Gender Equality, Goal 8 - Decent Work and Economic Growth, Goal 10 - Reduce Inequality”.

Lively discussions and opinion exchanges were held on each project, as well as important conclusions were reached. At the event, Staff of Management Department, represented by the expert group Ass. Professor Dzhulaeva A.M., Senior Lecturer Askerov A.A., actively took part in the event. Teacher Zhainazaruly A. shared their opinions and assessed the projects. It was an inspiring experience showing how young people can make a significant contribution to creating a better future for our society.

The event was organized as part of the teaching practice of 1st year master's students of EP “Project Management”.
