Leadership lecture on the topic: “Marketing support for sustainable development and the ESG agenda”

In order to implement the 13th and 15th Sustainable Development Goals, on April 24, 2024 for the first time in the walls of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi(https://farabi.university/) a leadership lecture by Doctor of Economic Sciences. Irina Skorobogatykh, Professor of Marketing Department of the Higher School of Economics of the National Research University of Higher School of Economics, was heldon the topic: "Marketing support for sustainable development and ESG agenda". The report was very interesting and informative. Professor Irina Skorobogatykh highlighted such issues as the difference and harmonization of the concepts of "Sustainable Development" and "ESG-transformation", technologies and tools of sustainability marketing: definitions, best practices. Of particular interest were the issues related to the practice of implementation of sustainable development principles and sustainability marketing. With great interest and admiration master's students, doctoral students and undergraduates listened to the question on the generation of young consumers and the problems of environmental development. The lecture was attended by students, masters and doctoral students of marketing specialty and faculty of the Department of "Business Technologies" of Al-FarabiKazakh National University.
