The Faculty of Pre-university Education within the framework of SDG 16, organized by the Local History club of the Department of Pre-university training, foreign students went on a trip to the famous park monument "Altyn Adam", which became a silver monument of the Ancient World.
The purpose of the event: since the 50s of the last century, artifacts of the folk civilization have been discovered in the Issyk mound, which attracted the attention of the whole world. The Issyk mounds near the city of Issyk, about 50 kilometers east of Almaty, are the most outstanding archaeological monument of the Saka era. It dates back to the IV century BC. About 50 mounds were previously looted in the vicinity of the city of Issyk.
The most famous archaeological find of Kazakhstan, "Altyn Adam", was discovered here. This grave of the Saka Prince, striking for its rich heritage, is also valuable because it is the only burial place in Central Asia that has survived to the present day without looting. The scientific, educational and socio-cultural development of such valuable exhibits and the promotion of our original history.
