December 10 is Human Rights Day. Human Rights Day has been celebrated annually since 1950, on December 10, at the suggestion of the UN General Assembly. On this day in 1948, the UN General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
On December 8, a curatorial hour was held at the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies, organized by the curator-adviser of the 4th year of the specialty "6B03102-cultural studies" Kudaibergenov Sergazy Yerezhepuly. During the curatorial hour, the General Assembly resolution presented reports to all States on the annual celebration of Human Rights Day, emphasizing that the High Commissioner for Human Rights plays an important role in coordinating the celebration of Human Rights Day.
