The Rector met with the Secretary General of TURKSOY

Chairman of the Board - Rector of Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi Zhanseit Tuimebayev held a meeting with the Secretary General of the international organization TURKSOY Sultan Raev.

The parties discussed issues of further increasing cooperation, joint realization of large-scale projects.

Head of the university Zhanseit Tuimebaev noted that KazNU maintains close relations with higher education institutions of Turkic countries and contributes to the development of higher education and science among Turkic peoples.

In his speech the rector noted that in order to intensively develop ties between universities of Turkic countries it is necessary to organize large-scale conferences and forums on the basis of KazNU together with the organization.

In turn, Sultan Akimuly expressed his intention to further increase cooperation between KazNU and the international organization TURKSOY.
