The family is the first team in the upbringing of children

On May 29, 2024,  at 10.00 a.m. at the Department of Foreign Philology and Translation of the Philological Faculty of Al-Farabi within the framework of the SDGs.3 "Health and well-being" Kazakh National University, the  senior teachers Bayeli A. Zh. and Turekhanova R. A.,  organized  a meeting of  the students with the  employees  of “Mother’s house" Regional  Resource Center took place. During the meeting, Maira Umirzakovna, Dzhappueva Aminat Seipulakhovna and Dyusheeva Venera Diprovna made  informative reports on the topic: "Family is the first team in raising children." In Kazakhstan, the public foundation "Mother’s  House" has been existing  for 10 years. The main goal of the Mother’s  House Center  is to help children grow up in a happy family, preventing social orphanhood and reducing the number of orphaned children entering orphanages every year. Currently, as a result of the work of the Mother’s  House Center, 6,695 children have remained in their families thanks to the assistance provided to mothers, 1,855 orphans have been placed in foster families and 630 children have been returned to their families from children's orphanage institutions. It undoubtedly requires a huge heart and tireless energy to preserve humanity and fight for mother and child to be together, helping those girls who have experienced difficulties.

The employees of  "Mother's House" Center  noted that the idea of "Family is the first team in raising children" should be known to everyone. All children need parents. Being a parent is a responsible thing. It was said that both father and mother are responsible for ensuring that every child is born into a full family, healthy and with his mother. The center’s  employees  noted that for the future absence of maternity homes, every citizen of the country needs to be literate and responsible.

At the end of the meeting, the students expressed their gratitude, noting that the meeting was really useful and informative for them.
