Teachers of the Department of geography, land management and cadastre of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Kairanbaeva G.K., Aubakirova G.B. in the period from July 1 to July 10, 2024, they took advanced training courses at Ibn Haldun University together with Turkuagroup in Istanbul (Turkey) as part of the program on the topic BR21882122 «Sustainable development of natural-industrial and socio-economic systems  of the West Kazakhstan region in the context of green growth: a comprehensive analysis, concept, forecast estimates and scenarios».       

The purpose of the course is to study methods of writing international scientific projects and their management. International training on methods for writing and conducting such projects is of great importance for the development of the scientific community and ensuring the successful implementation of research initiatives. Also, the training seminar includes the study of modern trends in education, innovative methods of working with students, modern approaches and tools for educational work.

Seminars and trainings were conducted by teachers who were educated in countries such as the USA, Great Britain (Oxford, Cambridge), Turkey, etc., sharing modern research and teaching methods, the latest opportunities in education and science.

 Ibn Haldun University is one of the partners of KazNU named after. al-Farabi, has a close connection in the training of students.

Completing this advanced training course will allow you to effectively apply modern approaches and teaching tools, developing students’ understanding of the relationship between the study of traditional subjects and their practical application; improving the quality of scientific research. The methods studied during the trainings help improve the quality of scientific research through proper goal setting, clear planning and effective resource management; adaptation to international standards.

International scientific projects require compliance with certain standards and procedures. Knowledge of these standards and the ability to apply them in practice allows researchers to successfully integrate into the international scientific community and carry out projects at a high level.
