SDG-2: An autumn fair was held in KazNU
On October 6, our university, often regarded as the cornerstone of Kazakh education, hosted a vibrant autumn fair. Held on a sunny fall day, the fair featured products from the university’s Educational Agrobio-Laboratory, alongside a variety of handcrafted items, jewelry with traditional Kazakh motifs, national headdresses, turbans, handbags, bags, and mats adorned with Kazakh patterns. Beautifully designed notebooks, books, dolls, and toys that played music from our national instruments, as well as teddy bears, were also on offer.
As part of the university's commitment to sustainable development goals, 125 kg of pilaf and 100 kg of bagels were prepared and distributed free of charge to students on October 5 under the SDG-2 initiative: "Elimination of Hunger."
Students who attended the fair enjoyed purchasing their favorite products and vegetables, savoring hot bagels and delicious pilaf, and spending time in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
