Al-Farabi Kazakh National University invites you to take part in the international scientific and practical conference on the topic "Constitutional development of Kazakhstan as a democratic and legal state" on October 22, 2024 at 10:00, dedicated to the Republic Day and dedicated to the memory of Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor Sultan Sartayevich Sartayev. The conference is held as part of the celebration of the 90th anniversary of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

This conference is held as part of the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals aimed at building a peaceful, open and democratic society, in the interests of its sustainable development.
The conference is dedicated to the memory of Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sultan Sartaevich Sartayev, who made an invaluable contribution to the development of sustainable development of Kazakhstani society, the constitutional foundations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the creation of an effective system of public administration. 
The purpose of the conference is to consider current issues of the constitutional development of Kazakhstan as a democratic, legal, secular and social state. 
Conference organizers: 
Al-Farabi Kazakh National University; Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Faculty of Law. 
The conference will consider the following issues: 
* Constitutional development of Kazakhstan in modern conditions: issues of theory and practice 
* Ideas of Academician S.S. Sartayev on the sovereign state of the Republic of Kazakhstan 
* Legal initiatives of the head of state aimed at ensuring the peaceful development of Kazakhstan in the global space. 
The conference will be attended by leading scientists from Kazakhstan and foreign countries, representatives of government bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international and national experts, representatives of civil society, human rights organizations, teachers and students of universities, and representatives of the media. Conference languages: Kazakh, Russian and English.
