Physical exercise should enter into the daily life of every person who wants to live a long, healthy life. In general, a healthy lifestyle creates the foundation for successful studies, increases overall productivity and promotes harmonious personal development.

​So on October 12, 2024, as part of the implementation of the sustainable development goal 3 "Healthy lifestyle and well-being" of the Department of Business Technology, under the leadership of the head of the department Akhmetova Z.B., senior lecturer Maulina N.H. and teacher Tulebayeva N.T., training events were organized in the open air in the Park named after the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for students 2 courses of the specialty "6B11301 - Logistics (by industry)". Together with the students, exercises were performed, volleyball, badminton, as well as other sports games were played. Participation in sports teams or group activities contributes to the development of teamwork and communication skills. This is important not only in your studies, but also in your future career. In addition, regular physical exercise strengthens the immune system, helps to avoid diseases and increases overall performance. Students who lead a healthy lifestyle cope better with academic challenges, improving their physical and mental health, improving their academic achievements and preparing for future professional life.
