Guest lecture dedicated to the "Accountant's Day"

On October 8, 2024, teachers of the Department of Finance and Accounting, B.B. Sultanova, Zh.Z. Oralbayeva, Zh.A. Askarova, and a 1st-year doctoral student of the Department of the Educational Program "Audit and Control," Amankelda A.A., were organized for the 4th year of the Kazakh and Russian departments of the educational program "Accounting and Audit." A guest lecture invited the first head of a professional organization, "Alliance of Professional Accountants," Zhanar Zhanelovna Ozhanova. The purpose of this event is to get the opinion of a professional speaker on “The prospects of the accounting profession in the digital economy” within the framework of 4 "Quality Education," 8 "Decent Work and Economic Growth," and 17 "Partnership for Sustainable Development." The speaker convincingly informed the students that the requirements for accountants in modern business are becoming more and more relevant, and at the same time, the need for professional development of specialists is due to changes in the regulatory framework and legal requirements.
