Law and order: Ensuring public order

     On October 18. 2024. in the auditorium 317 PhD, acting Associate Professor Karasheva Zh.T. held a lecture-discussion with a 308 group on the topic “Law and order: Ensuring public order”. The purpose of the meeting was not only to familiarize students with the issues of ensuring public order, but also to create a platform for an open dialogue about the role of the legal system in society.

Advisor Karasheva Zh.T. focused on the following tasks:

1. To show the importance of public order for the stability and security of society.

2. Discuss the impact of compliance with legal norms and the activities of law enforcement agencies on society.

3. Formation of students' critical thinking on law enforcement issues.

The following main topics were highlighted during the discussion:

1. Effectiveness of the legal system: The importance of the rule of law as a key factor for maintaining public order and trust in the legal system. The impact of fair and equal application of laws on society was discussed.

2. The role of law enforcement agencies: The importance of the police and judicial authorities in ensuring public order, as well as their role in preventing offenses, was considered.

3. The importance of legal culture: The question was raised about the need to increase the level of legal culture and understanding of citizens' rights and obligations as the main way to strengthen public order.

  4. Preventive measures: The importance of preventive measures to prevent offenses, including legal education of the population, was emphasized.

     Students actively participated in the discussion of issues related to the maintenance of public order and asked questions about its impact on stability and peace in society. They were particularly interested in ways to improve the work of law enforcement agencies and improve the legal literacy of the population.

   The lecture-discussion on the topic “Law and Order: Ensuring public order” was an important step in raising students' legal awareness and awareness of their role in maintaining public order. Karasheva Zh.T. stressed the importance of continuing such meetings, noting that every student should be aware of his responsibility in society.
