"Quality Education — A Continuous Process of Teaching and Training"
An event titled "Quality Education — A Continuous Process of Teaching and Training" was held with attendees to promote the Sustainable Development Goals in collaboration with the department's faculty members. The current goal of education is to develop a well-rounded, knowledgeable individual with the ability to think independently, high moral values, and adaptability to life. However, today's demands also call for nurturing a comprehensively developed individual with a strong sense of self.
For a listener to develop into a fully formed individual, they must cultivate competencies that enable them to identify problems in various situations, draw independent conclusions, self-assess, locate and analyze critical information, and use logical operations for evidence-based reasoning. Overall, personal competencies are essential.
In the past, students were mainly passive listeners and followers, but now we must emphasize their role as independent learners who actively seek knowledge. In today’s educational context, pathways are explored to guide listeners toward knowledge, practical skills, and creative methods, fostering a spiritual and emotional connection between the mentor and the learner.
