On October 18 of this year, an open lesson titled "Stay Away from Bad Habits" was held for second-year students of the Geodesy and Cartography program, organized by advisor Z.K. Sarsembekova.

Objective: To warn students about harmful substances and habits, encouraging them to resist these temptations. By providing concrete examples and evidence, the session aimed to make students think about the consequences of harmful substances.

The lecture covered not only the harms of gambling, drug addiction, and alcohol but also discussed the adverse effects of fast food, carbonated drinks, and energy drinks, which students often consume. Various videos and factual data were presented to explain the impact of these substances.

During the session, it was emphasized that taking care of one's health boosts productivity in studies and the pursuit of knowledge. Students were reminded that maintaining their health will bring significant benefits in the future.

Health preservation is crucial for humanity. Many students choose fast food and energy drinks because they are quick and convenient, but several tips were provided on how avoiding these habits can contribute to long-term health.
