A scholarship was awarded under SDG #1 “Eradication of Poverty”

In support of the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 1 “No Poverty” (indicator 1.2.1: Low-income students receiving financial assistance), a scholarship of 700,000 tenge was awarded to 4 students of the Faculty at the meeting of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences (Academic Council meeting No. 3, October 8, 2024).

On behalf of the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences, we express our gratitude to Sadyrova Gulban and Zhanbaev Darkhan  for their sponsorship.

This initiative reflects the university's commitment to creating equal opportunities for students who need additional support, thereby helping to reduce social inequality and support future specialists. Financial assistance allows the student to focus on their studies and participate in research projects.
