"Constitutional development of Kazakhstan as a democratic and rule-of-law state"
October 22, 2024 in the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi held an international scientific-practical conference on the theme "Constitutional development of Kazakhstan as a democratic and rule-of-law state", timed to the Day of the Republic and dedicated to the memory of Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor Sultan Sartayevich Sartayev. The conference is held as part of the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi.
This conference is held within the framework of the realization of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, aimed at building a peaceful, open and democratic society, in the interests of its sustainable development.
The conference is dedicated to the memory of Sultan Sartayevich Sartayev, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who made an invaluable contribution to the development of sustainable development of Kazakhstan society, the constitutional foundations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the creation of an effective system of public administration.
The purpose of the conference is to consider topical issues of constitutional development of Kazakhstan as a democratic, legal, secular and social state.
The conference was attended by leading scientists of Kazakhstan and foreign countries, representatives of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international and national experts, representatives of civil society, human rights organizations, teachers and students of universities, representatives of the media.
During the conference the works of the great scientist Sartaev S.S. were considered, as well as his role in the formation of the legal system of Kazakhstan.
The conference became an important platform for the exchange of knowledge and inspiration for the future generation.
