Scientific and practical conference ‘Implementation of digital legislation in the field of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its legal aspects’, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi.

On November 29, 2024, as part of the implementation of the 4 Sustainable Development Goals, the republican scientific and practical conference "Implementation of digital legislation in the field of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its legal aspects" dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University was held at the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The conference was organized by the head of the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Labor Law of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Doctor of Law, Professor Suleimenova S.Zh.. The conference was devoted to topical issues of implementation of digital legislation in the field of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and understanding of digitalization institutions, taking into account its legal legislative experience and improvement of legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education and science.

The conference was attended and presented with congratulations and reports on topical issues by the heads of the Rule-Making Department of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Center for State Legislation and Public Administration of the Institute of Parliamentarism. In addition, the opinions of the leading scientists of the country's universities were voiced: Abai KazNPU, Alikhan Bokeikhan University, Turan University, L.N.Gumilev ENU, International Transport and Humanitarian University, Astana International University, AlmaU, foreign scientists of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation and other representatives.

Vice-rector for Scientific and Innovative Activities of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Aitzhanova Zh.N. made a welcoming speech at the conference.

The reports of the conference participants were devoted to the problems of implementing digital legislation in the field of education and improving its application in practice.

Yertai Sultan, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, PhD, focusing in detail on innovative methods of modern pedagogical education, spoke about the course of application in the country's legislation.

Kaishataeva A. K., Vice-rector for Strategic Development and Science of Alikhan Bokeikhan University, spoke about automated solutions in the context of plagiarism detection at the university and the specifics of legal regulation of issues related to the implementation of the principle of academic fairness and its improvement.

Saimova S.A. analyzed the issues of the modern legislative process, taking into account some relevant legal issues and positive international experience in the introduction of artificial intelligence in the legislative process of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Following the results of the conference, recommendations and proposals were developed for further improvement of the implementation of digital legislation in the field of education.
