Effective Methods and Techniques for Studying Artistic Works

On November 29, 2024,  within the framework of the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and SDG 4. "Quality Education", the Department of Kazakh Literature and Theory of Literature of the Faculty of Philology, together with T.K. Zhurgenov Cultural and Educational, Creative Club, held a Republican scientific and practical conference on the topic: "Effective methods and techniques of studying artistic works". The conference was attended by a well-known writer, winner of the International Literary Award "Alash", member of the Writers' Union and the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan S.M. Doszhan, poet, literary scholar, Higher Doctorate of Philological Sciences, Full Professor Z.N. Seitzhanov, head of Zhambyl Zhabaev Scientific Center of Philological Research, Higher Doctorate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor A.A. Maulenov, head of T.K. Zhurgenov Cultural and Educational, Creative Club, deputy Dean of the Faculty of Journalism, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor B.S. Imangaliev. The moderators of the conference were the head of the Department of Kazakh Literature and Theory of Literature, Higher Doctorate of Philological Sciences, Full Professor A.B. Temirbolat and Master of Philology, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Kazakh Literature and Theory of Literature G.T. Ospanova. The event was held offline and online.

Within the framework of the conference, the Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of H Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University G.B. Ayapova, PhD student of KazNFemPU N.K. Abdimanap, undergraduate student of M.H. Dulati Taraz University M. Marek, undergraduates of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University A.M. Mugirazh and J. Tolegen, students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University majoring in "Literary Studies", "Kazakh Language and Literature" A. Yerbolova, N. Narikbai, A. Serikbayeva, D. Sarkanbai made reports and presentations. In their speeches, they told what digital and innovative technologies can be used in the study of the work of Kazakh writers and teaching literature in schools and universities. Of particular interest were the reports of Nurken Narikbai and Ayim Serikbayeva, who showed concrete examples of how to study artistic works using artificial intelligence and comics.
According to the results of the conference, an award ceremony was held. The authors of the best reports received memorable gifts and personal scholarships. The importance of this conference in the development of cooperation and exchange of experience between universities of Kazakhstan on the use of innovative technologies in the process of studying artistic creativity was noted.
