Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Hosts the Longevity Ball “My Years – My Treasure”

On December 25, 2024, within the framework of a memorandum of cooperation between the Institute for Advanced Training and Additional Education of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Active Longevity Center of Almaty, the Longevity Ball “My Years – My Treasure” was organized. The event took place in the hall on the 4th floor of the Al-Farabi Library.

Event Purpose:
This unique event aimed to promote the philosophy of longevity, support an active lifestyle, and foster a culture of sharing life experiences within society. The Ball served as a platform for strengthening intergenerational connections, allowing the older generation to share their invaluable experiences with the youth.

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University acts not only as an educational institution but also as a driver of cultural and social development in society. Hosting such events within the university creates opportunities for ensuring generational continuity and strengthening social interaction.

Program Highlights:
The Ball featured concert performances, interactive workshops, and special fashion shows for its participants. Creative teams impressed attendees with their performances, while the harmonious blend of modern and traditional dance compositions captivated the audience.
