Doctoral students of Management Department improve their pedagogical skills during practice

On February 21, 2025, during the pedagogical practice, Li Yilin, a 1st-year doctoral student from Management Department of the English devision, delivered a lecture in the frame of "QualityManagement" course for 3rd-year students EP “Management”. During the lecture on "Concept and models of Total Quality Management", she presented the concept, models of TQM and scenarios for their application.

The lecturer revealed the concept of TQM based on case studies. During the lecture, various cases of world practice were analyzed, which contributed to the development of students' critical thinking and the skill of practical application of TQM theory to real-world scenarios. The head of the practice, as well as the teachers of  Management Department attended the lecture.

The head of the practice, Doctor of Economics, Professor A.A. Adambekova and the leading teachers of the department, B.O. Turebekova, S.K. Tazhieva, and G.K. Zhanibekova, provide support in organizingopen lessons in accordance with pedagogical methods.
