The event aimed at enhancinh their emotional resilience, stress resistance, and self-organization skills, helping them achieve success in both academic and personal development. During the event, the psychologist conducted several interactive activities:
"Getting to Know Time" in which the stuudents paired up and exchanged interesting facts about themselves, which they later shared with the group. This game helped create a trusting atmosphere and facilitated better acquaintance among participants.
"Storytelling": one student began a story about student life, and others continued it in turn. This activity helped develop creative thinking and free speaking skills.
Another game was aimed at boosting students’ self-esteem. After the game, the psychologist facilitated a discussion with questions such as: How did this activity make you feel? How do you assess yourself in stressful situations? How can you increase your self-confidence?
During the advisory meeting, the students explored ways to adapt to the new rhythm of university life. With the support of the psychologist, they analyzed their perception of the new environment and learned stress management techniques, confidence-building strategies, and effective communication skills.
