Requirements for the design of medical startup projects:

The project must be presented in the form of a presentation.

The main points of the presentation that need to be presented in the report:

· Problem. A brief description of the existing market problem that the presented business project is intended to solve. The developer can present the relevance in the form of statistical diagrams, tables, etc.

· Solution. Provide a rationale for how the business project solves the described problem? Provide a full description of the product/service/technology proposed for implementation by the startup company. Authors can use product photos, diagrams, and separately demonstrate a video or layout

· Project stage. This section provides the company's financial indicators

– sales volume, profit (if the company already exists and is operating), all resources that the project currently has – financial, human, material, intellectual property (existing patents, technologies, know-how);

· Market. What market is the project targeting, what are the prospects and forecasts for market development? Market development prospects significantly influence the success of the presented startup!

· Business model. How will the business project make money? It is necessary to provide a sales organization scheme: will it be the creation of your own sales network, searching for dealers and partners, selling a franchise, wholesale or retail sales, etc. The expected sales volume and profit of the project for the next 2-3 years are also provided here;

· Competitors and competitive advantages. What similar projects exist that solve the same problem as the startup being presented? In what ways will the startup's products/services be superior to those of competitors and how sustainable will this competitive advantage be?

· Team. Who will implement the project? You must introduce your team, briefly describe the competencies and tasks of the participants, and, if necessary, indicate the presence of third-party specialists who will participate in the development of the startup.

· Proposal for the investor. How much money is needed for implementation and how does the business project plan to use it? What is the investor's interest in the proposed undertaking? Specify all areas of spending financial resources: purchasing equipment, raw materials and supplies, hiring and training employees, etc.

· Risks. What can hinder the successful development of a start-up project? Describe the possible risks that exist in the market that can negatively affect the success of a business project - changes in the market situation, the emergence of new technologies, competitors' activities, the departure of key employees, etc. It is important to show the investor that the authors of the startup project are serious, are not only aware of the possible risks, but also have answers to probable problems;

Requirements for project presentation:

1.        The project team is given 5 minutes to present their business idea.

2.        It is necessary to prepare all visual materials (stand,ppt presentation if necessary, video, layout, etc.)

3.        At the end of the presentation, each team is given 5-7 minutes for discussion and answering questions.
