The open lesson lasted 100 minutes and was organized into 8 main stages, aimed at deepening students' knowledge about event tourism and developing their analytical and creative thinking skills.

Stage I – Organization:

The lesson began with greeting the students, introducing the lesson structure, and dividing them into groups. For efficient collaboration, students were split into 3 working groups and 4 creative teams.

Stage II – Motivation: “Grab the Object” Game

Students answered quick-response questions, reinforcing the previous topic. This game helped energize the students and sparked interest in the new lesson.

Each group analyzed one aspect of event tourism and presented its economic, social, or cultural impact:

Group I: Economic impact of EXPO-2017

Group II: Social importance of Shymbulak and festivals

Group III: Cultural influence of the Eurasia Film Festival

The groups delivered creative presentations with real examples. Evaluation was based on content quality, evidence, and creativity.

Stage IV – Homework Review: New Project Presentations

Students, divided into 4 teams, presented original event tourism project ideas. Projects were evaluated based on marketing, logistics, and international potential. This stage highlighted students’ strategic thinking, creativity, and presentation skills.

Stage V – Energizer: “Fun Cards” Activity

A fun interactive game with 20 different tasks written on cards was played to help students relax and foster a friendly atmosphere.

Stage VI – Reflection: “What I Felt from the Lesson”

Each student shared their thoughts using the prompts: “It was good…”, “It was difficult…”, “What I remembered…”

Stage VII – Conclusion and Evaluation:

The teacher summarized the lesson and evaluated students based on their individual, pair, and group performance, highlighting active and creative participants.

The lesson was held at a high level. Students actively participated, showed creativity, and demonstrated a deep understanding of event tourism. Group work, gamification, and creative tasks increased motivation and helped achieve the lesson goals successfully.
