Inclusive education is important

7 november, 2025

Inclusive learning is important not only for children with special needs, but for society as a whole. This approach takes into account the individual abilities of the child and adapts him to a full life in a social environment. It also contributes to the upbringing of kindness, tolerance, understanding among other children.

For example, Magzhan Zhumabayev's deep – meaning speech "the word of an educated person is a cure, he has a lot of kindness, he has a wide range" is directly related to the topic of inclusive education. This idea can be clarified in several directions:

  • The role of an educated teacher is the basis of inclusive education. A teacher working with children with special educational needs is not only a master of the subject, but also a spiritual support and support for them. The kindness and breadth of the teacher opens the way for the child to believe in himself, adapt to society.
  • The word is a cure, that is, every word of an educated person reaches the heart of a child, gives faith and inspiration. A kind word that supports and encourages special students is a real treat for them.
  • Multilingualism is the basis of an inclusive society. The perception of a different child, the development of their capabilities requires educated, open, broad-minded people.

Such people see not an external feature of the child, but an internal one.

That is, this catchphrase of Magzhan Zhumabayev very accurately describes the importance of the combination of morality, kindness and education in inclusive education.

The policy of inclusive education is gradually developing in Kazakhstan. Offices of psychological and pedagogical support were opened in schools, special specialists began to work-defectologists, speech therapists, psychologists. However, one of the main tasks for the effective implementation of inclusive education is the development of infrastructure, professional development of teachers, work with parents. It is also important to develop the experience of inclusive education aimed at ensuring equal opportunities for students in education by mastering the theoretical and methodological foundations of inclusive education for university teachers.

Inclusive education is not just a reform of the educational sphere, it is a reflection of society's desire for humanism, equality and Justice. Every child is an equal member of society, and an inclusive environment is the fairest way to give that child trust and opportunity.
