SDG-4: A lecture on “The Importance of Psychological Well-being” was held
Within the framework of SDG-4 “Quality Education,” the Scientific and Practical Center “Inclusive Environment” and the Psychological Support Service of Al-Farabi KazNU held a lecture on November 20 for students of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, dedicated to issues of psychological well-being.
During the lecture, the specialists explained:

what psychological health is and why it is important to maintain it;

which factors negatively affect students’ emotional state;

effective methods for coping with stress, anxiety, and academic workload;

where and how students can seek psychological support at the university.
Students actively participated in the discussion and asked several relevant questions, including:

How can early signs of emotional burnout be recognized?

What practical steps help restore one’s internal resources?

How can study, work, and personal time be balanced without stress?

When should one seek help from a psychologist, and what services are available at the university?
The lecture was held in an open and friendly atmosphere, allowing students to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of taking care of their psychological well-being.
