"My profession is my conscious choice" (the influence of the detective genre on my choice of profession)

On December 14, 2023, as part of the implementation of paragraph 4 of the SDG "Quality Education" and the jubilee cycle of events "90 years-90 events" of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of the Faculty of Law, on the eve of the anniversary of the university, an award ceremony of the interuniversity competition for the best essay was held: "My profession is my conscious choice" (the influence of the detective genre on my choice of profession) among 1st year students of the EP "6B12301-Law enforcement activity", "6B04205-Jurisprudence". The award ceremony took place in the Kemel Tokayev auditorium, which opened as part of the 100th anniversary of the outstanding writer, founder of the detective genre in the country, journalist, public figure Kemel Tokayev.

It contributes to the description and improvement of practice, as well as the opportunity for students to demonstrate their knowledge contributes to the implementation of SDG 4 "Quality education". Following the results of the competition, the students were awarded a special diploma at the award ceremony.
