The importance and significance of the constructive dialogue of the head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev
In one of the first days of the new year, the newspaper "Egemen Kazakhstan" published an interview of the head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev with the words: "we, as a progressive nation, should look only ahead." The interview, of course, gives a comprehensive assessment of the implementation of the goals and objectives implemented at the present stage on the way to further strengthening of our statehood, and emphasizes the importance of forming a new, mobile, progressive citizen of Kazakhstan's society, moving into the future with a new impetus. It is known that many political reforms and many noble events in science and culture are being carried out for this purpose.
It should be noted that much attention was paid to the political modernization of our state, the creation of the "National Council of public trust" was also important in the implementation of good measures aimed at becoming one of the developed countries, our achievements and shortcomings in society were openly expressed, and ways to eliminate shortcomings were shown. The restoration of the Constitutional Court, the election of mayors from among the people, etc.the work carried out also instilled confidence in the state's policy. The president stressed that all the political reforms that are being carried out in our country today are a mechanism for the formation of the unity and national identity of our country, to be among the advanced states.
The president noted that history is an important part of our national identity, noting that much attention has been paid to the disclosure of the undiscovered pages of historical truth that took place in our past, and today a large-scale study has been carried out to justify the victims of Stalinist repression. Yes, in fact, we all know that in the process of restoring historical justice, a large research group has been created by region, including local historians, a lot of work has been done, and several volumes of books have been published. It is clear to all of us that the reverence of the spirit of our ancestors, who as a result of historical disasters became innocent victims of injustice, the promotion of the exploits of our National People in the process of State Building, is a mechanism for instilling a great sense of patriotism in the younger generation, as evidenced by the film "Oyan Kazakh", which influenced young people. Therefore, the head of state emphasizes that the main task remains to study our centuries-old history and restore historical justice. In addition, new scientific institutions are being created, research institutes are being updated, new goals are being set for the development and strengthening of our state. In this direction, our state clearly aims to educate the younger generation, to give priority to education and science. At the present stage, the changes taking place in the world do not go beyond our country, therefore, it is necessary to involve young people who have new professional skills, have advanced knowledge, are quick-witted, can give new ideas in the development of our country in combination with the activities of representatives of the older generation who have the ability, intelligence and experience to find mechanisms for the development of our country.
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev pays special attention to national values in every address and Article. This time, it also shows that national values should be above all else. In the interview, the president sets a great task to create a national ideology, choose a path that unites, not destabilizes our people, and ensure that the future of our country is in the hands of a quality nation. Of course, I believe that this is a great responsibility and duty for each of us, and therefore it is necessary to strive to become a conscious and high-quality citizen.
