On the eve of the 70th anniversary of the Faculty of Law, as part of the Week of educational and methodological work "Integration of innovative technologies into the educational process", which runs from 08.01.2025 to 15.01.2025, the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, the Academic Committee on the Quality of Education and Training on January 10, 2025 held a trainingmethodological seminar on the topic "Methodology of conducting legal studies in the context of digitalization: traditions and innovations".
The training seminar was held in a mixed (offline and online) format. The seminar was attended by the faculty, doctoral students and undergraduates of the Faculty of Law. The speaker was a foreign scientist, Doctor of Law, professor of Tashkent State Law University Mukhitdinova F.A. The seminar was attended by Doctor of Law, Professor Ibraeva A.S., Doctor of Law, Professor Kegembayeva Zh.A., Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Baymakhanova D.M., Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Kultemirova L.T.
The seminar discussed topical issues of organizing and conducting training sessions in legal disciplines, taking into account current trends in digitalization.
Following the results of the training and methodological seminar, the participants developed recommendations and proposals, which identified key steps to improve the educational process, introduce innovative teaching methods and improve the quality of student training in a rapidly changing technology environment.
