The youth policy of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University is focused on the university’s active participation in shaping students' personalities and represents a comprehensive activity involving the university administration, its structural divisions, and public associations. The primary goal of this policy is to promote the socio-economic, cultural, spiritual, and political development of youth in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.

The organization and coordination of youth organizations within the university are carried out based on the following strategic documents:

Public Association "Sunkar" Trade Union Organization of Students and Master's Students at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University
The "Sunkar" Trade Union actively contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including: Quality Education (SDG 4), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), Reduced Inequality (SDG 10), Partnerships for Sustainable Development (SDG 17)
The organization operates through 14 faculty-based branches, bringing together a significant number of students and master's students, providing them with social support and professional development opportunities.

"Altyn Sapa" Intellectual Debate Club
"Altyn Sapa" is the first Kazakh-language debate club in Kazakhstan, established to shape a new generation of youth with high spiritual, intellectual, and moral values, political literacy, and a strong sense of civic responsibility.
