Zhastarmen: Youth Contribution to the Implementation of SDG 16 “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions”

The large-scale presentation of the Zhastamen project for city residents was organized with the support of the Prosecutor’s Office and became an important initiative aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 16: “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.” Students of the “Law Enforcement Activity” educational program took an active part by presenting initiatives aimed at strengthening the rule of law and enhancing legal awareness. The project demonstrated modern approaches to engaging youth in promoting principles of transparency, accountability, and effective cooperation between society and state institutions. During the presentation, special attention was given to ensuring access to legal information, preventing offenses, and fostering civic responsibility. The event contributed to supporting SDG 16 by promoting public trust in state institutions and reinforcing the foundations of legal order.
