28 november, 2025
The first-year students of the educational program “6B12301 Law Enforcement Activity” held debates within the academic discipline “Law Enforcement Activity,” during which they discussed key aspects of the work of the bar, the prosecutor’s office, and the judiciary. The participants examined the procedures for protecting citizens’ rights by defense attorneys, the role of the prosecutor’s office in ensuring legality, and the importance of judicial independence in delivering fair justice. The debates helped students develop analytical and argumentative skills, as well as a deeper understanding of the interaction between the main institutions of the legal system.
