“Adapting Germany’s SDG 12 Experience (Responsible Consumption and Production) for Kazakhstan.”

On December 1, 2025, at the Center for German Studies, doctoral and master’s students of the “International Relations” program — Meruyert Shakirova, Botakoz Serikova, and Nuray Yerbolat — as part of their research internship, together with their supervisors L. Isova, G. Baikushikova, and A. Kulbayeva, organized an event titled “Adapting Germany’s SDG 12 Experience (Responsible Consumption and Production) for Kazakhstan.”

During the event, it was emphasized that Germany’s successful implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goal 12 — “Responsible Consumption and Production” — can serve as an important model for Kazakhstan.
