Poetry evening "The World of Mukagali Makatayev"

On December 1, 2025, a poetry evening, "The World of Mukagali Makatayev," was held in the assembly hall of Student House No. 18 at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University as part of the implementation of Sustainable Development Goal No. 4, "Quality Education." The event was organized by Nurlaim Kanbatyrovna Mynbatyrova, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, PhD in Law, Akylbek Kashkenovich Isabekov, members of the "History of State and Law" student club, and students from Group 304.

The goal of the event was to introduce the poet's life and work, demonstrate the power of his poetry and songs, broaden the horizons of the younger generation, promote the cultural development of society, and celebrate the high values ​​of Kazakh spirituality.

During the evening, students recited the great poet's poems and performed popular songs set to his lyrics.

The essence of this evening is not only to celebrate poetry but also to promote spiritual, social, and educational values ​​in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, to celebrate national literature, and to instill in young people a sense of responsibility, conscious action, and respect for society and nature.
